| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹主动脉阻断不同时间对兔脊髓缺血损伤程度的影响,为筛选神经保护药选择适宜的模型.方法：30只新西兰大白兔随机分为5组（n=6）：脊髓缺血10 min（I10）,20 min（I20）,30 min（I30）,40 min（I40）及假手术（SHAM）组.再灌注后4,8,12,24,48 h行后肢运动功能评分.评分完毕后,取L5~L7脊髓组织行HE及TUNEL染色,光镜下观察HE染色结果并计数脊髓前角正常神经元与凋亡神经元.结果：①再灌注后个时间点I40组兔表现为完全瘫痪;I10组兔除一只不能站立外,其余全部正常,I20与I30组后肢运动功能介于I10组与I40组之间;②再灌注48 h脊髓切片HE染色显示I40组兔脊髓损伤严重,呈大量的空泡变性;I10组兔脊髓损伤轻微;I20和I30组兔脊髓损伤程度介于I10组和I40组之间;③I40组及SHAM组基本未见TUNEL阳性神经元;I20组脊髓前角TUNEL阳性神经元计数明显多于I40及SHAM组（P〈0.05）,与I10及I30组没有统计学差异.结论：I20组脊髓损伤适度,是筛选神经保护药适宜的脊髓缺血模型.
