| 摘 要： | 目的:比较ZZAP和CDP两种放散方法放散DAT(+)红细胞的效果及放散后红细胞吸收自身抗体的能力,为DAT(+)红细胞的抗体放散方法提供依据.方法:收集本站送检的DAT(+)交叉配血标本,选择抗-IgG型与抗-(IgG+C3d)复合型各20例作为研究对象,分别采用ZZAP和CDP两种放散方法进行抗体放散试验,对放散后红细胞分别进行DAT试验;用放散后的红细胞吸收患者血浆自身抗体后进行交叉配血试验,评价自身抗体的吸收效果.结果:抗-(IgG+C3d)复合型DAT(+)红细胞用ZZAP和CDP放散效果无差别,ZZAP放散抗-IgG型的效果好于抗-(IgG+C3d)复合型(P<0.05),CDP放散抗-IgG型与抗-(IgG+C3d)复合型的效果无差异;ZZAP放散抗-IgG型和抗-(IgG+C3d)复合型DAT(+)红细胞后的抗体吸收效果均好于CDP(P<0.05),ZZAP和CDP放散抗-IgG型DAT(+)红细胞后的吸收效果无明显差异,CDP放散抗-IgG型和抗-(IgG+C3d)复合型DAT(+)红细胞后的吸收效果无差别,ZZAP放散抗-IgG型DAT(+)红细胞后的吸收效果均好于抗-(IgG+C3d)复...

| Abstract: | AIM:To compare the effect of ZZAP and CDP elution tests on DAT(+) red blood cells and the absorption effect of the eluted red blood cells.
