| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胫后动脉内踝上皮支皮瓣修复踝周皮肤软组织缺损的效果.方法：采用胫后动脉内踝上皮支皮瓣逆行转移修复足踝部皮肤软组织缺损患者11例,其中外伤7例,烧伤3例,血管瘤1例;同侧转移8例,对侧转移3例;皮瓣切取面积最大136cm2,最小30cm2.结果：11例皮瓣均一期成活,未出现皮瓣起水疱、破溃、等并发症.随访1a,供、受瓣区均恢复良好,未遗留明显畸形,足内侧感觉恢复良好.结论：胫后动脉内踝上皮支皮瓣创伤小,切取方便,不损伤下肢主要动脉,不遗留明显下肢畸形,是下肢皮肤软组织缺损修复的良好选择.
