| 摘 要： | 目的:制备包封率高、粒径均匀、稳定性好的姜黄素脂质体,为其临床应用提供基础.方法:在分析大量文献和预试验的基础上,通过正交设计试验优化制备工艺,将制得的脂质体溶液冷冻干燥.结果:乙醇注入法制备的姜黄素脂质体平均包封率为46.69%,外观均匀、稳定性良好.结论:乙醇注入法制备姜黄素脂质体简单、可行,为提高姜黄素生物利用度提供了一种可能的新剂型.
