| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清肿瘤标志物对肺癌的诊断价值.方法：用电化学发光免疫法检测254例肺癌患者和88例肺良性疾病患者血清中癌胚抗原（CEA）、细胞角质素片断抗原（CYFRA21-1）和神经元特异性烯醇酶（NSE）的水平.结果：肺癌组3种肿瘤标志物水平均明显高于肺良性疾病组（P〈0.01）,其中血清CEA对肺癌的诊断能力最大.这3种血清肿瘤标志物在肺癌的不同病理类型、临床分期及分化程度之间均有不同程度的差异.联合检测时,诊断灵敏度、特异度、正确率和约登指数（YI）可显著提高.结论：3种血清肿瘤标志物单个检测对肺癌的诊断价值有限,联合检测可显著提高肺癌的诊断正确率.
