| 摘 要： | 目的：观察Exendin-4对2型糖尿病大鼠肾组织基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-1（TIMP-1）表达的影响.方法：采用高糖高脂饮食结合小剂量链脲佐菌素（STZ）腹腔注射的方法,建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型.将成模大鼠随机分为糖尿病组,exendin-4低、中、高剂量组,并设立正常对照组.给药6wk后,采用免疫组化方法检测各组大鼠肾组织中MMP-9,TIMP-1的蛋白表达.结果：糖尿病组MMP-9,TIMP-1的表达较正常对照组明显增强（P〈0.01）;exendin-4各组较糖尿病组MMP-9,TIMP-1表达减弱（P均〈0.01）.结论：Exendin-4对2型糖尿病大鼠有一定的肾脏保护作用,其机制可能部分是通过下调2型糖尿病大鼠肾组织MMP-9和TIMP-1的表达来实现的.
