| 摘 要： | 目的：探索完善＂卒中单元＂对重症脑卒中患者的临床疗效.方法：采用随机方法,研究完善＂卒中单元＂治疗重症脑卒中患者186例,选用爱丁堡＋斯堪的那维亚评分法,在治疗前与疗程结束后分别对患者的神经系统损失状态进行评分,并用卡方检验进行了统计学检验.结果：治疗组总有效率（88.3%）显著高于对照组（68.5%）（Р〈0.05）.其中出血性脑卒中两组经χ2检验差异不显著,Ridit分析发现两组区间重叠极少; 缺血性脑卒中治疗组有效率（92.5%）与对照组（67.2%）相比差异非常显著（Р〈0.01）.结论：完善卒中单元是治疗重症脑卒中患者的有效措施,能显著改善出血性脑卒中患者的生活质量,对缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效更为显著.
