CD44V6,E-cadherin在食管鳞状细胞癌中表达及其意义

目的：探讨食管鳞状细胞癌中CD44V6和E-cadher-in表达的意义.方法：采用免疫组织化学染色法（SP法）检测52例食管鳞癌组织中CD44V6和E-cadherin表达的表达情况,另选取15例癌旁正常组织为对照,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系.结果：CD44V6在正常食管组织和食管鳞癌原发灶中阳性表达率分别为0,73.08%,二者间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.E-cadherin在正常食管组织和食管鳞癌原发灶中阳性表达率分别100.00%,42.31%,二者间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.食管癌组织中CD44V6的高表达及E-cadherin的低表达与食管癌的临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移均呈正相关（P〈0.05）.E-cadherin表达与肿瘤的分化程度有明显相关性（P〈0.05）,而CD44V6表达与肿瘤的分化程度无明显相关性.两者表达均与患者性别、年龄、病理分型无关.食管癌组织中CD44V6和E-cadherin的表达显著负相关（r=-0.446,P〈0.05）.结论：CD44V6和E-cadherin表达与食管癌浸润转移密切相关,CD44V6阳性和E-cadherin阴性者更具有侵袭性和转移性,提示预后差.联合检测CD44V6阳性和E-cadherin有助于判断食管鳞状细胞癌的预后.

Significance of CD_(44)V6 and E-cadherin protein expression in esophageal carcinoma
