| 摘 要： | 目的:观察经纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效及对肺功能和血气的影响.方法:2007-06/2009-06,COPD急性加重期患者104例随机分为观察组和对照组,各52例.观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用经纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗;对照组仅采用常规治疗.观察两组的临床疗效及对肺功能和血气的影响.结果:观察组的显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与治疗前比较,两组治疗后临床症状评分明显降低(P<0.05);FVC,PEFR和FEV1水平明显升高(P<0.05);PaO2和SpO2水平明显升高,PaCO2水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的临床症状评分、肺功能指标(FVC,PEFR和FEV1)和血气指标(PaO2,PaCO2和SpO2)明显优于同期对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:经纤维支气管镜肺灌洗治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效显著,能够明显改善患者的临床症状、肺功能和血气状态.
