| 摘 要： | 目的：评估中国大陆生长激素腺瘤患者的骨代谢改变并进一步分析其影响因素.方法：选取2007-12/2008-07间于我院就诊的生长激素腺瘤患者23（男9,女14）例和同期的健康对照组244例,对患者组的骨密度改变进行评估.并依据患者术前的激素水平,分析生长激素腺瘤患者术前骨密度的影响因素.结果：生长激素腺瘤患者的骨密度Z值明显高于正常对照组.男性患者组的Z值较对照组明显升高,女性患者组的骨密度Z值的均值虽然高于其相应的对照组,但无统计学差异.Logistic回归分析的结果显示生长激素水平的升高和骨密度增加之间无明显的相关性.性腺功能减退组患者的骨密度Z值的均值低于无性腺功能减退组的患者,但无统计学差异.结论：生长激素腺瘤患者易出现骨密度的增高.其骨密度的改变是多种影响因素共同作用的结果.
