骨性关节炎患者血液流变学的变化及丹参疗效观察

Changes of Hemorrheology and Effects of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection on Osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the changes of hemorrheology and effects of salvia miltiorrhiza injection on osteoarthritis. Methods The hemorrheology indexes of 15 patiernts with osteoarthritis were determined and compared with controls. The effects of salvia miltiorrhiza injection on osteoarthritis were observed. Result The whole blood viscosity, the plasma viscosity, the hematocrit, the rate of aggregation of platelets, the index of erythrocyte aggregation, the fibrinogen were markedly increassed in osteoarthritis, as compared with those in controls. Patients with osteoarthritis treated by salvia miltiorrhiza injection, the hemorrheologic abnormality indexes were obviously improved, the difference was significant (P<0.01,0.05,respectively).In the treatment group, 5 cases were markedly effective, 8 effective and 2 ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.7%. Conclusion The hemorrheologic abnormalities and hypercoagulation state in osteoarthritis patients were observed. Salvia miltiorrhiza injection was safe,effective, convenient, and cheap in treating osteoarthritis patients, It has a good prospect of clinical application.
