外伤性白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术

目的：探讨眼球穿通伤角巩膜伤口修补的同时行超声乳化白内障吸除加后房型人工晶体植入手术的效果。方法：对26例（26眼）患角巩膜伤口修补水密后，根据后囊膜情况选择不同的人工晶体及植入方式。结果：术后角膜水肿及前房炎症后应轻，裸眼视力0.5以上19眼。结论：隧道切口虹膜不易脱出，术后前房安静。在伤口修补同时行超乳手术使恢复视力快，民出光状态稳定，大大缩短了患的恢复时间。

Ultrasonic Emulsification and Artificial Vitreous Implantation in Traumatic Cataract

Objective:To investigate the effect of corneosclera repair and ultrasonic emulsification and cataract aspiration followed by artificial vitreous implantation in ocular penetrating injury. Method:26 cases(26 eyes) were included in this study. After the repair of the corneosclera wound,artificial vitreous implantation was conducted. Result:Cornea edema and anterior chamber inflammation were mild and the vision was more than 0.5 in 19 eyes after the operation. Conclusion:Wound repair and ultrasonic emulsification is effective in the treatment of traumatic cataract,in which the vision recovers rapidly and the dioptric status is stable.
