首发抑郁症患者交感神经皮肤反应与事件相关电位P300的研究

目的探讨交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)与事件相关电位P300对首发抑郁症患者的诊断价值。方法对45例抑郁症患者(抑郁症组)及43例正常健康者(对照组)分别进行SSR及事件相关电位P300检测,并对其结果进行比较,同时对各指标间的相关性进行分析。结果抑郁症组患者中SSR和事件相关电位P300检测的异常率分别为84.4%(38/45)和88.9%(40/45),抑郁症组患者SSR测定后发现,其SSR潜伏期和波幅值分别较对照组延长和降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);抑郁症组患者经事件相关电位测定后发现,其N2、P3波潜伏期和P3波幅分别较对照组延长和降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);抑郁症组N2、P3波潜伏期与SSR波潜伏期和波幅呈负相关(r为-0.27~-0.34,P均<0.01)。P3波幅与SSR波潜伏期(s)、波幅(mV)呈正相关(r为-0.30~-0.31,P均<0.01)。结论SSR和事件相关电位P300可作为抑郁症患者的辅助诊断指标应用于临床实践中。

Study of sympathetic skin response and event-related potential P300 on first depression patients

Objective To explore the clinical value of sympathetic skin response(SSR) and event-related potential P300 on first depression patients.Methods The SSR and P300 were detected in forty-five depression patients(depressed group) and forty-three normal healthy people(control group),and the results were compared between two groups,the relation of every indexes were analyzed.Results The abnormal rates of SSR and P300 were 84.4%(38/45) and 88.9%(40/45) in depressed group,respectively.The latency and amplitude of the SSR in depressed group were longer and lower than those in control group respectively,there were statistic difference between two groups(P<0.01).The latency of N2 and P3 and amplitude of P3 in depressed group were longer and lower than those in control group respectively,there were statistic difference between two groups(P<0.01).In depressed group,the latency of N2 and P3 had negative correlation with the latency and amplitude of SSR(value of r:from-0.27 to-0.34,P<0.01),and the amplitude of P3 had positive correlation with the latency and amplitude of SSR(value of r:from-0.30 to-0.31,P <0.01).Conclusion SSR and P300 have remarkable clinical value,which can be set as secondary diagnostic indexes for depression patients.
