| 摘 要： | 目的 观察重组牛碱性纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF，商品名：贝复济)对腹部手术切口愈合的影响。方法 术中应用贝复济及空白对照共48例临床病例的手术切口愈合情况和切口甲级愈合率进行观察。结果 贝复济组切口愈合时间明显较对照组缩短，且甲级愈合率明显高于对照组。结论 应用贝复济能加速腹部手术切口愈合，提高切口甲级愈合率。不增加切口感染率。

| Abstract: | Objectives To observe the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(BFGF) on the healing of abdominal incision. Methods 48 cases were divided into BFGF group and control group randomly. In BFGF group, patients were treated with BFGF after operation. But in control group, were treated without BFGF. The other treatments were same to BFGF group. Results Patients who received BFGF showed shorter healing time and higher class-A healing rate compared with those in control group. Conclusions BFGF accelerates wound healing on abdominal operative incisions, heightens class-A healing rate, without the risk of increasing the wound infection rate. |
