511名男性中学生隐斜检查结果分析

511名男性中学生,年龄16～19岁,视力正常,屈光不正度数在-0.50D～+1.00D之间,无自觉症状。用国产隐斜计检查,结果显示各类隐斜的正常范围,外隐斜0～6△,内隐斜0～8△,上下隐斜0～1.5△。各类隐斜的度数与人数频率的分布特征是,正位眼很少,仅占3.7%,其余96.3%均有不同类型不同程度的隐斜,其中内隐斜多于外隐斜,右上隐斜多于左上隐斜(即右下隐斜),且垂直性隐斜者95%以上伴有水平隐斜,而水平性隐斜者60～7O%伴有垂直性隐斜。单纯水平性隐斜或单纯垂直性隐斜者人数较少;隐斜度也较小。本组中各类隐斜的变异系数较大,说明青少年中的各类隐斜是不稳定的。

Heterophoria: Analysis of 511 Male Students

All of 511 male students aged 16 to 19 years were examined with phorometer. Of them the vision was normal, and the ametropia ranged from -0.5 OD to+ 1.0 OD. The examined results included the following: exophoria 0-6, esophoria 0-8 and hyperphoria 0-1.5; orthophoria , with 19 students ( 3.7% ); and heterophoria , with 492 students ( 96.3% ). In 511 students, the number of esophoria was greater than that of exophoria , and the number of right hyperphoria wasgreater than that of left hyperphoria. The results show that the heterophoria of the teen-agers is unstable.
