盖诺联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的观察盖诺(NVB)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒性反应。方法经病理学证实的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者92例,采用盖诺 顺铂方案。盖诺每天25mg/m2,第1、8天各一次静脉点滴;顺铂20mg/m2,第1～5天各静脉点滴,21天为一周期。结果完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)44例,稳定(SD)35例,进展(PD)11例,总有效率50%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制,以白细胞减少为常见,发生率为85.87%。结论盖诺联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效好,毒性反应可以耐受。

Clinic observation of treating patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer by Vinorelbine(NVB) combining with Cis-Diaminodichloroplatin Platinol(DDP)

Objective To observe the therapeutic effectiveness and toxic side reaction of treating patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer by Vinorelbine (NVB) combining with Cis-Diaminodichloroplatin Platinol(DDP). Methods 92 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer verified by pathology were received Vinorelbine (NVB) combining with Cis-Diaminodichloroplatin Platinol(DDP). NVB was taken by 25mg/m2 a day and through intravenous drip at the first and eighth day; DDP was taken by 20mg/m2 a day and through intravenous drip from the first to the fifth day. 21 days was considered as a course of treatment. Results 2 cases completely released, 44 cases partially released, 35 cases stably developed, and 11 progressively developed, so the total effectiveness was 50%. The toxic side reaction is mainly arrest of bone marrow that often appears leukocytopenia, and the incidence rate is 85.87%. Conclusions Vinorelbine (NVB) combining with Cis-Diaminodichloroplatin Platinol(DDP) has significant therapeutic effectiveness on advanced non-small cell lung cancer, and the toxic side reaction can be borne.
