温肾活血合剂治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

目的观察温肾活血合剂治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 将96例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,2组在一般治疗基础上,治疗组48例给予温肾活血合剂治疗;对照组48例给予血管紧张素转移酶抑制剂贝那普利治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐及血尿素氮变化。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为31.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。2组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血尿素氮比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),治疗组低于对照组。结论温肾活血合剂治疗糖尿病肾病疗效确切。

Observation of diabetic nephropathy treated by Wenshenhuoxue Mixture

Objective To observe diabetic nephropathy treated by Wenshenhuoxue Mixture.Methods 96 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of general treatment in two groups,48 cases in treatment group were treated by Wenshenhuoxue Mixture,thrice a day.Patients in control group were treated by angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（Benazepril）.The course was a month in two groups.After three courses,the changes of 24 h urine protein,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and clinical effect were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（91.7%） was higher than that in control group（31.3%,P〈0.01）.24 h urine protein,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Wenshenhuoxue Mixture has definite effect on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
