| 摘 要： | 作者作了80名瘤型麻风(瘤型和偏瘤型),20名结核样型麻凤(结核样型和偏结核样型)和20名正常对照的免疫状态的调查.应用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳测定病人和正常对照的血清蛋白水平.结果显示麻风病人血清白蛋白降低而球蛋白升高.瘤型麻风病人血清蛋白增高水平比结核样型病人高.但瘤型病人和结核样型病人之间血清蛋白差异无显著性(P>0.05).以上结果支持麻风病人体液免疫状态增强的观点.

| Abstract: | The authors investigated on the immunological state of 80 cases of lepromatous type (L Land BL) and 20 cases of tuberculoid type (TT and BT) together with 20 healthy controls. Level of serumprotien were masured in the patients with leprosy and healthy controls by cellulose acetate electrophoresis. These results demonstrated that the level of the serum albumin was decreased while that of the serum r-glabulin was increaseed in the patients with leprosy. The serum protein of lepromatous patents was higher than that of taberculoid patients in level. However the difference between them is not significant (P>0.05) . These resnlts supported the point of view that humoral immunity state of the patients with leprosy had increased. |
