吡柔比星(THP)膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发

目的 :探讨吡柔比星 (THP)膀胱内灌注化疗预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的效果和安全性。方法 :选择 46例膀胱癌术后 (电切或局部切除 )并有随访结果的病例 ,术后定期膀胱内灌注THP 3 0mg/3 0ml 1次 /周 ,连续 8次后改为 1次 /月 ,连续 10个月。根据随访结果对其疗效及安全性进行评价。结果 :46例术后患者平均获得 10 5个月的随访。无肿瘤复发 41例 (89 1% ) ,复发 5例 (10 9% )。未见有全身性药物不良反应 ,仅有 4例出现短期尿路刺激症状。结论 :膀胱灌注THP对预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发确有满意疗效 ,患者耐受性好 ,副作用小 ,临床应用前景良好

Intravesical instillation of pirarubicin(THP) for prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer

Objective: To discuss the effect and security of intravesical instillation of pirarubicin(THP) to prevent postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer after partial cystectomy or transurethral resection(TUR Bt).Methods: Intravesical instillation of 30 mg of THP dissolved in 30 ml normal saline and retained in bladder for 30 minutes was given to the 46 patients once a week for 8 weeks and subsequently once a month for 10 months.Results: The mean follow up time was 10.5 months.41 cases had no recurrence(89.1%),5 cases had recurrence(10.9%).General medicine side effect was not found.Only 4 cases had an irritate symptom in urinary passage for a short time.Conclusion: Intravesical instillation of THP is effective for prevention of postorperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer with less side effect,so it can be widely used in such patients.
