摘    要:通过对 36例行冠状动脉造影 (CAG)的患者比较心电图 (ECG)和二维超声心动图 (2 -DE)的结果 ,评价ECG、2 -DE对冠心病的诊断价值。方法 :36例患者在同期内 (间隔 <1月 )行ECG、2 -DE和CAG检查 ,以CAG为标准 ,对比分析ECG和 2 -DE的结果。结果 :ECG和 2 -DE诊断冠心病的敏感度分别为5 9%、6 8.2 % (P >0 .0 5 ) ,特异度分别为 71.4 %和 92 .8% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,准确性分别为 6 3.9%、77.8% (P >0 .0 5 )。上述两种检查方法的敏感性与冠状动脉病变的支数高度正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,随着病变支数增加 ,阳性率递增。经统计学分析 ,证明两种方法诊断冠心病效果相同。作为冠心病诊断的基本方法 ,其价值不容忽视。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of electrocardiography (ECG) and two-dimensional echocardiography (5-DE) in coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods:Thirty-six patients were examined by coronary angiography (CAG),ECG and 2-DE, the duration of all methods was less than two weeks. The results of ECG and 2-DE were compared with that of CAG. Results:The sensitivity in the diagnosis of CAD with ECG and 2-DE was 59% and 68.2%( P >0.05) respectively, the specificity was 71.4% and 92.8%( P <0.05) respectively, the accuracy rate was 63.9% and 77.8% ( P >0.05) respectively. The sensitivity of ECG and 2-DE was correlative to the counts of coronary pathological changes( P <0.01).It was proved by statistics that these two methods had the same diagnostic effect. Conclusions:ECG and 2-DE have high sensitivity and specificity, they were two safe and low cost methods. Their diagnostic value can not be ingored.
