| 摘 要： | 对放射性核素１４７Ｐｍ内照射诱发Ｍｏｌｔ－４细胞和Ａｎａ－１细胞的死亡形式进行研究。方法通过形态学变化、琼脂糖电泳、ＭＴＴ和ＪＡＭ实验对核素诱发的细胞死亡形式进行了定性及定量分析。结果表明放射性核素１４７Ｐｍ诱发的细胞死亡具有典型的细胞凋亡形态学特征，且细胞凋亡的程度及ＤＮＡ链断裂量与１４７Ｐｍ作用的时间和内照射的累积吸收剂量有关。结论放射性核素１４７Ｐｍ内照射可诱发细胞凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective\ The mode of cell death in Molt 4 and Ana 1 cell lines was studied after radionuclide 147 Pm treatment.Methods\ The morphological changes,agarose gel electrophoresis,MTT assay and JAM assay were used for qualitative and quantative analyses.Results\ Dying cells induced by 147 Pm displayed morphological changes of apoptosis.Apoptotic cells and DNA fragmentation induced by 147 Pm in Molt 4 or Ana 1 cell line were dependent on the 147 Pm treatment time and accumulated radiation absorption dose.Conclusion\ Radionuclide 147 Pm internal irradiation can induce apoptosis of Molt 4 and Ana 1 cell lines. |
