| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察胺碘酮与慢心律联合治疗顽固性室性早搏的疗效和安全性。方法 :17例顽固性室性早搏病人给予胺碘酮口服负荷量后加维持量 ,同时联合口服慢心律。结果 :15例 (88% )得到有效控制 ,未见严重毒副作用。结论 :胺碘酮与慢心律联合治疗顽固性室性早搏有良好的临床疗效及安全性

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect and safety of amiodarone combined with mexiletine in the treatment of refractory premature ventricular beats.Methods Seventeen patients with refractory premature ventricular beats were treated with oral amiodarone (loading and maintaining dose).Oral mexiletine was also used.Results Of all the patients,15 were well controlled (88%).No severe side effect was found.Conclusion Amiodarone combined with mexiletine is effective and safe to treat refractory premature ventricular beats. |
