护理科研流程管理

目的探讨护理科研流程管理,促进护理科研工作开展。方法建立护理科研管理流程,健全组织机构,选用具有科研与写作能力的护理骨干参与,发动全员,聘请专家教授为指导老师,定期讲学、讲评,督促和指导护理科研与写作。结果激发护理人员的科研兴趣和自信心,形成良好的科研氛围,提高护理人员的科研能力与写作水平。结论加强护理科研的整体规划,使护理科研取得了成效。

Great achievements were made in procedure management by stressing both research and the paper writing

Objective To study the procedure management and to improve the development in nursing research work.MethodsThe managing procedure of nursing research was established and the institution was perfected. Then the key members being of good skill at nursing research and paper writing in our nursing staff were selected out to attend the work. And the experts from other hospital were invited periodically as our tutor to give lectures, to make comments, supervise and direct our researching work and paper writing.ResultsThe research interests and the self-confidence in scientific research of our nursing staff was aroused, the better atmosphere at nursing research was formed , the skill at nursing research and the level of paper writing of our nursing staff were improved.ConclusionThe great achievements in nursing research were made by strengthening the entire planning and the leading of nursing research work in organization management.
