多普勒超声诊断椎基底动脉供血不足的价值

目的探讨多普勒超声检查（TCD）对椎基底动脉供血不足（VBI）的诊断价值。方法对临床诊断VBI的患者90例（研究组）行TCD检查,测量椎动脉（VA）、基底动脉（BA）的血管峰值流速（VP）、舒张末期流速（EDV）、平均血流速度（Vm）及搏动指数（PI）。与正常人群组90例（对照组）的TCD结果进行比较分析。结果椎动脉和基底动脉VP、EDV和Vm普遍低于正常对照组,PI高于正常对照组,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论TCD可为VBI的诊断提供很多有价值的信息,为早期诊断提供客观依据。

Diagnostic value on vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency(VBI) with transcranial doppler(TCD)

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of TCD for VBI.Methods The VP,EDV,Vm and PI of 90 cases of VBI patients were detected with TCD and were compared with normal adults.Results The VP,EDV and Vm in VBI patient was lower than that in normal adults,and at the same time PI was higher,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCD might provide much valuable information and offer reliable references in the early diagnosis of VBI.
