改良中药保留灌肠法在治疗溃疡性结肠炎中的应用

目的观察采用改良保留灌肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎,以延长中药液在肠内的存留时间,减少药液外溢的临床疗效。方法选择需要中药保留灌肠的患者80例,随机分为改良组40例,传统组40例。传统组采用一次性灌肠袋盛装中药液连接12号肛管,按传统要求插入肠内15cm-20cm进行保留灌肠;改良组采用注射器抽取中药液后连接12号吸痰管插入肠内30cm进行保留灌肠。观察记录2组灌肠后药液在肠内存留时间、药液外溢情况,评价临床治疗效果。结果与传统组比较,改良组药液在肠道内保留时间延长（P〈0.01）,灌肠药液外溢减少（P〈0.01）,治疗总有效率明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论改良中药保留灌肠法能够使中药液在肠内存留时间延长,药液外溢减少,临床疗效显著。

Application of Improved retention enema method of Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

Objective Using modified retention enema for ulcerative colitis,to prolong the retention time of liquid in the intestines,and to reduce the liquid spill.Methods 80 patient with desired Chinese medicine retention enema in patients were selected,and randomly divided into two groups：the improved group and the routine group, each 40 patients.In the routine group,the disposable enema bag connected 12#tube was used to fill up the Chinese medicine liquid,and then inserted into the intestine 15~20 cm for retention enema.In the improved group,syringe was used to pump the medicine and connected a 12#sputum aspirator pipe,then inserted into the intestine 30 cm for retention enema.Observed and recorded the liquid retention time,the situation of liquid spill in two groups after clysters,and estimated the clinical curative effect.Results Compared with the routine group,the liquid retention time was longer（P〈0.01）,the liquid spill was less（P〈0.01）,and the overall curative effective rate was increased significantly（P〈0.05）in the improved group.Conclusions The modified retention enema can prolong the retention time of liquid in the intestines,to reduce the liquid spill,and has a significant clinical curative effect.
