大米食品强化Ca,Fe,Zn的营养效应

摘    要:采用正交设计方法进行大米食品 Ca,Fe,zn 不同剂量组配的动物(清洁级 SD 雄性断乳大鼠)喂养实验。结果表明:(J)Ca 是影响身长增长(P<0.01)、脾脏脏体比及全血 Fe,zn 含量提高的主要因素,Ca 较高水平强化营养效应提高(P<0.05);(2)Fe 较高水平强化对全血 Fe 含量提高有明显影响(P<0.05);(3)Zn 较低水平强化对体重增长有明显影响(P<0.05);(1)Ca,Fe,Zn 同时强化未发现各营养效应有交互作用。

Abstract:In order to research the effect of nutrition of rice food fortified with calcium,Iron,zinc,the design of experiment adopted orthogonal test.The animals of the experiment were clean class SD male infant rats.The results indicated that:(1)The Calcium was the principal factor to effect the height increasing and the relative spleen weight and the increasing of Iron and zinc in the blood ,The effect of nutrition was significantly increased in fortifing with mare calcium.(2)There was a remarkable effect to increase the Iron in the blood when it was fortified with mare Iron.(3)There was a remarkable effect to increase rats' height when it was fortified with less Zinc.(4)In this experiment,we didn't find a remarkable interaction when it was fortified with Calcium,Iron and Zinc.
