上海市长宁区未婚流动人口性与生殖健康知识来源调查

目的:了解15~24岁流动人口的性与生殖健康知识来源,为开展性与生殖健康教育与服务提供科学依据。方法:采用结构式匿名问卷对长宁区1092名未婚流动人口获取性与生殖健康知识的途径进行调查。结果:未婚流动人口性与生殖健康知识来源依次是书、报纸、杂志、电视、广播等大众媒体,学校性教育,板报、墙报、宣传栏与人交流性知识、社区、单位性教育。男女性与电视、报纸、杂志接触时间无差别,但男性从这些媒体获得有关知识的比例高于女性,获得性知识的程度与接触媒体的时间成正相关。结论:媒体是未婚流动人口获得性与生殖健康知识的主要来源,不同性别获得知识的程度存在差异。

Approaches to Sex and Reproductive Health Information among Unmarried Migrants in Changning District of Shanghai

Objective: To explore the approaches to getting some information about sex and reproductive health among unmarried migrants at the age of 15-24 in order to provide some service for sex and reproductive health education. Methods: The approaches to getting some information about sex and reproductive health were identified among 1,092 unmarried migrants by means of anonymity questionnaire in Changning District of Shanghai. Results: The approaches to getting sex and reproductive information were as follows: books, newspapers, journals, televisions, radio broadcasts, schools and universities, posters and bulletin, educational propaganda, and so on. Males obtained more knowledge than females from televisions, newspapers and journals. The more time they spared in the medium, the more knowledge about reproductive health they got. Conclusion: Mass media is a main approach to getting information about sex and reproductive health for unmarried migrants, and the level of knowledge about sex and reproductive health differ in different gender.
