| 摘 要： | 目的研究围绝经期首发抑郁症(PMD)患者躯体化症状与血浆性激素水平的关系。方法对94名围绝经期首发抑郁症患者测量其SCL-90、HAMD及血浆性激素水平,再根据SCL-90中躯体化因子项分值高低进行排序并平均分成三等份,选择躯体化因子分值最高组和分值最低组作为对象,并对两组数据进行统计学分析。结果 SCL-90躯体化因子分值高组雌激素水平要低于躯体化因子分值低组(103.77±53.08,133.13±52.26;P=0.032),而黄体生成素水平要高于躯体化因子分值低组(17.30±16.90,9.44±6.80;P=0.019)。结论雌激素水平明显下降可能是围绝经期女性患者出现躯体化症状的一个重要因素,在临床治疗上对此类患者除使用抗抑郁药物外,根据患者情况适当使用雌激素替代治疗可能会更好的改善患者临床症状。
