非创伤性玻璃体积血的病因分析

 目的探讨非创伤性玻璃体积血的病因。方法对非创伤性玻璃体积血患者104 例（109 眼）的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在所有患者中，增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变50 例（48.1%），视网膜静脉阻塞34例（32.7%）。≤44 岁组中，视网膜静脉周围炎致玻璃体积血最多，为6 例（55.6%），其次为增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变（PDR），为3 例（33.3%）；45~59 岁组中，PDR 致玻璃体积血最多，为19 例（54.3%），其次为视网膜静脉阻塞（RVO），13 例（37.1%）；≥60 岁组中，PDR 致玻璃体积血最多，为28 例（46.7%），其次为RVO 20 例（33.3%）。结论增生型糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞是非创伤性玻璃体积血的主要原因。采取早期诊断及合理治疗可降低玻璃体出血的发生率。

Analysis of the Causes of Non-traumatic Vitreous Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the causes of non-traumatic vitreous hemorrhage. Methods An retrospective analysis of 104 cases（109 eyes）of non-traumatic vitreous hemorrhage was conducted. Results In all the patients，50 cases（48.1%）were caused by prolifera-tive diabetic retinopathy（PDR）and 34 cases by retinal vein occlusion（RVO）（32.7%）. In the group of patients less than 44 years old，the principal cause was Eales's disease（6 cases，55.6%）and the second was PDR（3 cases，33.3%）. In the group of 45 to 59 years old，PDR was the principal cause （19 cases，54.3%）and RVO was the second （13 cases，37.1%）. In the group of over 60 years old，the principal cause was PDR（28 cases，46.7%）and the second was RVO（20 cases，33.3%）. Conclusion Proliferative diabetic retinopathy and retinal vein occlusion are the main causes of non-traumatic vitreous hemorrhage. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment may reduce the incidence of vitreous hemorrhage.
