肺炎克雷伯菌临床感染现状及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的了解各种临床标本中肺炎克雷伯茵的分离情况及耐药情况,以便为临床选用抗肺炎克雷伯茵的药物提供依据。方法采用美国BD100细菌鉴定分析系统进行细菌鉴定,采用微量稀释法和KB法做药物敏感实验。结果肺炎克雷伯茵在各类临床标本中的分离率从高到低依次为胸腹水标本(分离率为69.9%)、其他标本(分离率为34.6%)、分泌物标本(分离率为22.2%)、尿液标本(分离率为19.1%)、痰液标本(分离率为13.2%)和血液标本(分离率为13.0%);对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、阿莫西林/克拉维酸和哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的耐药率分别为3.7%、5.2%和5.9%,时美罗培南和亚胺培南耐药率均为0。结论肺炎克雷伯茵耐药问题更为严重,应采取有效的控制措施。
