| 摘 要： | 目的评价尿道会师牵引术治疗早期后尿道断裂的临床效果。方法对112 例骨盆骨折后尿道断裂患者行尿道会师牵引术，术后一般留置尿管6 周，拔管前经尿管周围注入造影剂行尿道造影了解尿道愈合情况，拔管后配合尿道扩张。结果术后随访1~5 年，112例治愈96 例，治愈率85.7%。结论此术式简便、安全、有效，可显著提高后尿道断裂一期治愈率。
