| 摘 要： | 目的了解我国部分乡村医生癌症预防与早期发现知识的现状,并对培训效果进行评估,为后续干预、培训工作提供参考。方法在河南、安徽、江苏、山东四省14个县/区分别抽取1/2的乡镇/街道,对其中所有乡村医生进行癌症知识培训;培训前后各进行一次问卷调查、评分;统计分析采用t检验、方差分析等方法,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共培训乡村医生5 496人,培训前癌症危险因素知识平均得分为(66.6±13.0),早期发现知识平均得分为(71.3±9.0),不同性别乡村医生得分差异无统计学意义,30岁及以下者得分低于其他年龄组,文化程度高和从医时间长者平均得分较高。培训后癌症危险因素和早期发现知识平均得分分别为(91.9±9.4)和(91.2±7.1),两方面知识的提高均差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论乡村医生对癌症危险因素、早期发现知识缺乏;多种形式的教育培训有助于提高乡村医生癌症防控知识和能力。
