摘    要: 目的探讨低强度脉冲超声(LIPU)对体外分离培养的骨髓间充质干细胞增殖效应(BMSC)的影响。方法将体外分离培养的第3 代BMSC 随机分为2 组:LIPU辐照组和对照组。每天镜下观察细胞生长情况;四甲基偶氮唑蓝法检测细胞增殖活性;流式细胞仪检测各组细胞周期及增殖指数。结果LIPU 能够明显促进BMSC 增殖,LIPU 组辐照后细胞分裂增殖活性与对照组比较明显活跃,细胞集落更为密集;MTT 法检测LIPU 组于辐照前、辐照后1,3,5,7 d的细胞增殖活性均明显高于对照组(P< 0.05);流式细胞仪检测提示LIPU 组辐照后细胞增殖指数明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论低强度脉冲超声波对骨髓间充质干细胞的增殖具有明显的促进作用。
