| 摘 要： | 目的观察原发性肝癌经动脉行化学栓塞术（TACE）与肝动脉留管化疗同步局部高频热疗治疗的临床疗效及其毒副反应。方法60例患者分为A、B两组，A组30例单纯行TACE治疗、B组30例行TACE后动脉留管化疗联合局部高频热疗，观察比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后B组在肿瘤病灶变化、卡氏评分、疼痛缓解等方面均优于A组，且B组未增加毒副反应。结论行TACE后动脉留管化疗联合局部高频热疗可增加治疗有效率、缓解疼痛、提高患者的生活质量，是治疗原发性肝癌的一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
