| 摘 要： | 目的 比较研究不同产地怀山药的质量。方法 选同一品种怀山药在不同地区同期种植 ,分析其药材的主要化学成分。结果 不同产地怀山药中的淀粉、蛋白质、浸出物、多糖含量不同 ,但道地产区怀山药中淀粉、多糖含量较高。结论 河南怀山药中多糖含量高于非道地产区 ,是怀山药道地药材的主要特征之一 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the quality of Rhizome Dioscorea in different producing areas.Method The same varieties of Rhizome Dioscorea were cultivated in different areas at the same time and then the main chemical compositions were analyzed.Result The contents of starch, protein,extraction and polysaccharose are different in Rhizome Dioscorea from different producing areas.The contents of starch and polysaccharose are higher in geo authentic Rhizome Dioscorea.Conclusion It is one of characters that the content of polysaccharose in Geo authentic crude drug is higher than that of non authentic ones. |
