章永红教授治疗乳腺癌用药分析

中医药在控制乳腺癌的发生发展、减轻放化疗毒副作用、提高患者生存质量等方面均有一定作用。通过门诊跟师抄方学习,收集、整理、分析乳腺癌相关病历,探讨章永红教授治疗乳腺癌的临床经验和用药特点。章永红教授认为乳腺癌的基本病机为正气亏虚、肝郁气滞、气郁痰阻、痰瘀胶结、癌毒内生、乳房受阻。他认为乳腺癌的治疗当以扶正为本,注重益气养阴;攻毒散结为标,如清热解毒、疏肝理气、化痰散结、活血化瘀等;顾护脾胃贯彻治疗始终;对乳腺癌临床用药具有一定指导意义。

The analysis of professor ZHANG Yonghong's traditional Chinese medicine utilization regulation for treating breast cancer

Traditional Chinese medicine has some role in controlling the development of breast cancer, reducing the adverse effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and improving patient''s quality of life. Through the study of the Outpatient clinic, the author collected, sorted out and analyzed the related cases of breast cancer, and discussed the clinical experience and medication characteristics of professor ZHANG Yonghong in the treatment of breast cancer. professor ZHANG Yonghong believes that the basic pathogenesis of breast cancer is qi deficiency, liver qi stagnation, qi depression and phlegm obstruction, phlegm and blood stasis, cancer endogenous, breast obstruction. professor ZHANG thinks that strengthening of the body resistance is a primary treatment of breast cancer. We should pay attention to replenishing qi and nourishing yin. Eliminating evis and removing toxin are adjuvant therapy, which focuse on clearing heat and removing phlegm, dredging liver-qi, resolving phlegm, dissipating stagnation, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, etc. The spleen and stomach should be treated throughout the treatment. It has some guidance on clinical application of breast cancer.
