摘    要:马钱子为临床常用中药,广泛用于风湿顽痹,麻木瘫痪,类风湿性关节痛等疾病,临床疗效确切,但因容易发生中毒反应使其应用受到了诸多限制,因此马钱子的减毒增效研究具有重要意义。本文对马钱子的药理作用、毒性以及通过制剂技术减毒增效的方法加以综述,为今后深入研究提供了相关依据。

Abstract:Strychnos has exact clinical efficacy, and is widely used in treating rheumatism, numbness paralysis, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases. However, the application is limited due to the toxic reactions. Therefore, to attenuate the toxicity and enhance the efficiency will be of great significance to strychnos. In this paper, the pharmacological effect, toxicity and the method of attenuating the toxicity and enhancing the efficiency through pharmaceutics technology were summarized, which provided the basis for further study.
