黄文政教授运用透邪存津法治疗温病经验

温病卫气营血辨证,尤其重视气分证。除了卫分证以外,在邪气还没有进入营血的这一漫长过程,皆属气分证。气分证的范畴最广。气分证的治疗最突出的有两点,一是透邪外出;二是存津液。全国名老中医黄文政教授在此基础上,把此思想进一步拓展到内科杂病领域,从而在临床上形成了自己鲜明的临证思辨特点,在临床上善于应用透邪存津法辨证治疗糖尿病肾病、紫癜性肾炎、泌尿系感染、丹毒等疗效显著。
