化疗源性卵巢早衰的中西医防治进展

恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类的高发病种,手术、放疗和化疗并称恶性肿瘤的"三大治疗手段",其中手术和放疗属于局部治疗,对转移病灶难以发挥作用,而化疗属于全身治疗,化疗药物会随着人体中的血液循环遍布到绝大部分组织。所以,对一些已经有转移的中晚期肿瘤患者,化疗是最主要的治疗手段。但是,化疗作为主要的抗肿瘤手段极易导致卵巢早衰(POF)从而出现卵巢萎缩性持续性闭经、第二性征退缩、盗汗、易怒、色斑等症状,严重影响女性患者的生活质量。旨在总结近年来针对化疗后出现卵巢早衰症状的中西医防治手段,帮助患者有效改善POF症状,提高生活质量。

The progress in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy for the chemotherapeutic ovarian premature failure

Cancer, a high incidence of diseases, is a serious threat to human. Surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are "three treatment" to cancer, but for some of the metastatic patients with advanced cancer, chemotherapy is its first choice. However, the application of chemotherapy drugs can easily lead to premature ovarian failure (POF), together with ovarian atrophic persistent amenorrhea, secondary sexual withdrawal, night sweats, irritability and other symptoms, which seriously affecting the quality of life of female patients. This article aims to sum up Chinese and Western medicine treatment for the emergence of POF symptoms in recent years, consequently,help patients improve POF symptoms and improve the quality of life.
