| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性白血病患者反复输注血小板的治疗效果。方法 对７１例急性白血病反复输血及佃血小板的患者，采用淋巴细胞毒试验检测，研究这组患者的血小板校正增加值与之间的关系。结果 血小板输注有效的急性淋巴细胞白血病及急性非淋巴细胞白血病检测ＬＣＴ阳性率分别为７．６％及４．２％；血小板输注无效的ＡＬＬ及ＡＮＬＬ的ＬＣＴ阳性率分别为７１．４％及４８．８％。

Clinical effects of platelet transfusion in acute leukemic patients |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of platelet transfusion in acute leukemic patients.Methods The relationship between the corrected count increment (CCI) of platelet and lymphocytotoxicity (LCT) were determinated in 71 acute leukemic patients who received platelet transfusion.Results positive LCT of effective platelet transfusion in ALL and ANLL was 7 6% and 4 2%, respectively. Ineffective platelet transfusion was 71 4% in ALL and 48 8% in NALL ( P <0 05).Conclusion Positive LCT is the main factor for ineffective platelet trqansfusion in acute leukemic patients. |
