中药蒲公英提取工艺研究

目的：确定蒲公英的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用正交实验确定最佳提取工艺。结果：对正交试验结果进行了优化，采用梯度法，确定最佳提取工艺。结论：最佳水煎煮工艺确定为煎煮3次，第1次加水20倍量，煎煮3h；第2次加水15倍量，煎煮2h；第3次加水10倍量，煎煮1h；最佳醇沉工艺确定为滤液浓缩至相对密度为1，20（65℃），含醇量达50％，于20℃静置12h。

Conclusion： The best water decocts handicraft being to decoct a triple for sure, the first time adds 20 times water amounts, decocts 3 hours; Second time adds 15 times water amounts, decocts 2 hours; third time adds 10 times water amounts, decocts 1 hour. Dandelion＇s exploitation, application have establish the solid basis for traditional Chinese medicine. The best process to determine alcohol concentration for the filtrate to the relative density of 1.20（65℃）, amounted to 50% with alcohol, at 20℃ standing for 12 hours.
