改良式腹壁横切口剖宫产56例分析

目的：探讨改良式腹壁横切口子宫下段剖宫产术的优点，方法：分析56例施改良式腹壁横切口子宫下段剖宫产产妇术中，术后情况，并与42例施传统的腹壁横切口子宫下段剖宫产相比较，观察总手术时间，自切皮到胎儿娩出时间。术中出血量，术后排气时间，术后病率等。结果：改良式剖宫产具有总手术时间短，术中出血量少，自切皮到胎儿娩出时间缩短，术后排气早，术后病率低等优点，与传统术式相比差异有显性（P＜0．05），结论：改良式剖宫产较传统式剖宫术具有明显的优越性。

Improved cesarean section with transverse incision at lower abdomen:An analysis of 56 cases

Objective To explore the prominent merits of improved uterine lower segmental cesarean section with transverse incision at lower abdomen.Methods The total operative time,the time between skin incision and fatal delivery,blood loss during operation,exsufflation time and sickness rate after operation were analyzed in 56 cases of improved uterine lower segment caesaren section with transverse incision and compared with 42 cases of the traditional cesarean section.Results The improved cesarean section had advantages of shortening the total operative time and the time between skin incision and fatal delivery,less blood loss during operation,early exsufflation and low sickness rate.The difference was significant as compared with the traditional operation( P <0.05).Conclusion The improved cesarean section has superiority in comparison with the traditional cesarean section.
