综合医疗机构医技人员结核病防治知识知晓现状调查

摘    要:目的了解医技人员对现代结核病控制知识的掌握现状。方法在17所区属综合医疗机构相关医技科室中,随机抽查400名医技人员,进行结核病控制知识摸底问卷测试。结果医技人员对结核病的分型、传染病管理类别、病人主要发现方式、可疑症状者、化疗对象、化疗方式、化疗方案、治愈标准、病人治管核心内容、现代结核病控制策略、结核病控制最佳手段等11项内容,正确知晓率均不足28.3%。整体综合知晓率为49.9%。结论综合医疗机构医技人员对结核病的认识仍然十分有限,对其进行现代结核病控制知识系统培训十分必要。

Abstract:Objective To understand the recognition of the modern knowledge of TB control among professionals in comprehensive hospitals.Methods Four hundred medical members in 19 comprehensive hospitals about the konwledge of TB control were tested.Results The correct recognition rate was less than 28 3%,the total synthetic recognition rate was 49.9%. The test includes: TB classifcation, infection management category,main ways of discovering patients, patients with suspicious symptoms,chemootherapy object,chemotherapy method,chemotherapy regimen,cure criteria,case-management,modern TB control strategy,the best TB control method.Conclusion This result suggested that the konwledge about TB control among members in comprehensive hospitals was very limited.Therefore, it is necessary to train them systematically .The training expenditure is low,while the outcome will be fine.
