| 摘 要： | 目的:建立复地霜中氯霉素的含量测定方法.方法:采用一阶导数光谱法不经分离直接测定氯霉素的含量,检测波长299 nm.结果:线性范围24～40 μg•mL 1,r＝0.999 7,平均回收率98.9%,RSD＝0.75%.结论:一阶导数光谱法测定复地霜中氯霉素的含量可消除其他组分的干扰,简便易行,适合医院制剂的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of chloramphenicol in dexamethasone ointment compound Method: The first order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the chloramphenicol content without separation. The detecting wavelength was at 299 nm. Results:The method was linear within range of 24-40 ug mL-1(r= 0.999 7). The average rate of recovery was 98.9% with RSD 0.75% . Conclusion: The interference of the other components can be excluded in the determination by this method, which is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of hospital preparation. |
