摘    要:目的探讨项目教学法在预防医学实践教学中的应用效果。方法将我院2010级中医专业本科学生76人,作为对照组,采用传统的案例讨论教学方法;2011级中医专业本科学生84人,作为实验组,采用项目教学法。在课程结束后,通过案例作业和自制的调查问卷,评价教学效果。结果两组学生实践作业成绩得分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),实验组学生的实践作业成绩高于对照组同学。结论在预防医学实践教学中应用项目教学法,不仅有助于培养学生进行科学研究、解决问题的能力,培养学生在项目实践中的团队精神,也有助于促进教师自身科研与教学能力的提高。

Abstract:Objective To probe into the effectiveness of application of project teaching method in practice teaching of preventive medicine. Methods The students (n=76) in the traditional Chinese Medicine specialty of 2010 grade were chosen as control group and given traditional case discussion teaching, and students (n=84) in the same specialty of 2011 grade were chosen as experimental group and given project teaching. At the end of semester, case-analysis homework and a self-made questionnaire were used to survey students' opinion on the effect of the project teaching. Results The scores of homework were higher in experimental group than those in control group and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of project teaching method in practice teaching of preventive medicine has contributed to cultivate students' ability of scientific research, problem resolving and team spirit as well as teachers' quality.
