六味地黄汤加减配合激素治疗小儿肾病综合征疗效观察

目的观察六味地黄汤加减配合激素治疗小儿肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将110例肾病综合征患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予泼尼松1．5～2．0mg／（kg·d），治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服六味地黄汤，2组均连续治疗8周后，统计临床疗效及治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血胆固醇含量的变化。结果对照组总有效率83．64％，治疗组为100．00％，二者比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）；2组患儿治疗后24h尿蛋白定量分别为（0．98±0．24）g，（0．23±0．21）g，二者比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后血胆固醇分别为（4．85±0．22）mmoL／L，（2．96±0．21）mmol／L，二者比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）。结论六味地昔汤加减可以增强患儿机体免疫力，减轻水肿，降低尿蛋白和血胆固醇，疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。

The effect observation of changed Liuweidihuang Decoction combined with hormone in the treatment of pediatric nephrotic syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of Liuweidihuang Decoction combined with hot, none in treating pediatric nephrotic syndrome. Methods 110 cases of nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given prednisone at 1.5 - 2.0mg/（ kg· d）. The treatment group based on the control group treatment was given oral Liuweidihuang Decoction. 2 groups were all treated for 8 weeks. The clinic effect was analyzed statistically, 24 hours urinary protein quantity, blood cholesterol levels before and after treatment. Results The total efficiency was 83.64% in the control group, 100.00% in the treatment group, and there was statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） ; after treatment, 24 hours quantita- tive urinary protein in the control group was （0.98±0.24） g, （0.23±0.21） g in the treatment group, and there was statistical difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） after treatment ; blood cholesterol were （4.85±0.22） mmol/L in the control group, （ 2.96±0.21 ） mmol/L in the treatment group, with statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liuweidihuang Decoction can enhance children＇ s immunity, reducing ede- ma, decrease urine protein and blood cholesterol, has better clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical applica- tion.
