帕瑞昔布钠联合喉罩通气对苏醒期躁动的影响

目的：观察帕瑞昔布钠联合喉罩通气行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者苏醒期躁动的作用。方法：将45例患者随机分成Ⅰ（气管插管）组、Ⅱ（喉罩）组及Ⅲ（帕瑞昔布钠联合喉罩）组。Ⅰ、Ⅱ组手术前15 min静脉给予生理盐水10 mL，Ⅲ组给予帕瑞昔布钠40 mg。结果：Ⅱ、Ⅲ组镇静评分较Ⅰ组高（P＜0.05）,躁动评分较Ⅰ组低（P＜0.05）；拔管前、拔管时、拔管后生命体征较Ⅰ组平稳（P＜0.05），Ⅲ组更为平稳（P＜0.05）。结论：帕瑞昔布钠联合喉罩通气可有效、安全预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者苏醒期躁动的发生。

Effect of Parecoxib Sodium Combination of Laryngeal Mask Airway on Reaction of Emergence Agita-tion undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To observe the effect of parecoxib sodium combination of the laryngeal mask airway on the reaction of emergence agitation undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Forty-five patients were randomly divided into groupⅠ（endotracheal extubation）、groupⅡ（the laryngeal mask airway）and groupⅢ（parecoxib sodium combination of the laryngeal mask airway）. GroupⅠandⅡ were given intravenous injection of normal saline 10ml and groupⅢ was given intravenous injection of parecoxib sodium 40mg , 15 minutes be-fore surgery. Results Sedation score was obviously higher in groupⅡ and groupⅢ than in groupⅠ（P〈0.05）;Agitation score was obviously lower in groupⅡand groupⅢ than in groupⅠ（P〈0.05）; vital signs in groupⅡand groupⅢ were stable than in groupⅠbefore anesthesia,endotracheal extubation and after extubation （P〈0.05） and vital signs were more stable in groupⅢ（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Parecoxib sodium combination of the laryngeal mask airway can effectively and safely prevent emergence agitation undergoing laparoscopic chole-cystectomy.
