沈阳市大学生睡眠质量及影响因素分析

目的 了解辽宁省沈阳市大学生人群睡眠质量现状及其影响因素,为制定干预对策及相关部门决策提出依据。方法 随机抽取沈阳市一、二年级大学生1 187人作为研究对象,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQ1)进行调查,应用SPSSWIN 11.0软件进行统计分析。结果 沈阳市大学生PSQ1总分均值为7.93分,介于0~21分的中等水平状态。睡眠质量存在性别和年龄差异,女生PSQ1总分均值高于男生,一年级学生高于二年级,差异均有统计学意义。结论 睡眠环境较差,不能坚持每天1 h体育锻炼是沈阳市大学生睡眠质量的主要影响因素。

Research on sleeping quality and its influence factors in college students

Objective To know the sleeping quality and the influence factors in college students of Shenyang city and to provide the consulting service and intervening methods.Methods Randomly choose 1187 college students of diflerent grades.Make the survey with the PSQI(Pitsburg Sleeping Quality Index)and analyze the resaults with the SPSS11.0 statistics softw are.Results The total average score of the PSQI o f the college students was 7193 with a scope from zero to twenty one.There were gender and age differences in sleeping quality.The PSQI of female students was higher than that of male students.The PSQI of students grade one was higher than that of grade two.The bad sleeping env ironment and the fact that the students could not persist in the physical exercise for an hour every day were the main factors.Conclusion To enhance sleeping health edueation,to create a better sleeping environment and to ensure that students having at least an hour physical exercise are effective measures to improne sleeping qudlity of college students.
