内镜下Savary-Gilliard扩张器扩张治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄

目的 探讨内镜下Savary-Gilliard扩张器扩张治疗套管癌术后吻合口狭窄的疗效和安全性。方法 经胃镜应用扩张器进行食管吻合口狭窄扩张治疗，术后定期随访，观察病人吞咽困难缓解情况。结果 45例病人经过治疗后吞咽困难均获得缓解，缓解率为100%，未发生严重的并发症。随访3个月，6个月，1年，症状缓解率依次为93.3%,87.2%,82.6%。症状复发率依次为6.7%,12.8%,17.4%。结论 内镜下Savary-Gilliard扩张器扩张治疗食管癌术后吻合口狭窄临床疗效满意，方法安全。

Dilation therapy with Savary-Gilliard dilator under endoscope for anastomotic stenosis of post operative esophageal carcinoma

Objective To explore the effect and safety of dilation therapy with Savary-Gilliard dilator under endoscope for anastomotic stenosis of post operative esophageal carcinoma.Methods After dilation therapy with Savary-Gilliard dilator the relief of swallow difficulty in all 45 cases accepted periodical follow-up were observed.Results Swallow difficulty symptoms were relieved after dilation therapy in all 45 cases(100%) without severe complications.After 3 months,6 months,1 year follow-up,the relief rates were 93.3%,87.2%,82.6% and the recurrence rates were 6.7%,12.8%,17.4% respectively.Conclusion Dilation therapy with Savary-Gilliard dilator under endoscope for anastomotic stenosis of post operative esophageal carcinoma is safe and the effect is satisfactory.
