| 摘 要： | 将109例中医辨证为痰湿阻滞型闭经者随机分为两组。治疗组57例，采用化痰补肾法治疗；对照组52例，采用单纯化痰法治疗。分别治疗6个月。比较治疗前后症状改善及主要实验室指标(雄激素、LH／FSH比值)的变化。结果：化痰补肾法较之单纯化痰法对痰湿阻滞型闭经具有更好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | One hundred and nine subjects with amenorrhea of phlegm-dampness accumulation were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 57 cases were treated by resolving phlegm and nourishing kidneys and control group in which 52 cases were treated by resolving phlegm, with a course of six months. The clinical symptoms, laboratory androgen and LH/FSH were measured before and after treatment. Result: Phlegm-resolving and kidney-nourishing therapy has better effects than phlegm-resolving therapy in treating amenorrhea of phlegm-dampness accumulation. |
